• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

• Products that have been modified or altered after delivery.

• Consumable items such as used filters, cartridges, or membranes.

• Products returned after the 7-day return period.

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Once approved, return the product to the provided address.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
